The Marina Albatros is located on the north end of the hotel zone at kilometer 3.5. If you are self-arriving, and using a transfer company all you have to do is ask them to drop at Marina Albatros, next to Temptation Hotel. 

You will see a white gate and a green building. Let the guard know you are there for a tour, show your voucher, and walk straight to the check-in area. 

Anyone there can help you check in, pay the dock fee or any balance owed and go sailing. 

*I would give you 20 min extra to check in and 30 min extra if parking is nearby.

SELF ARRIVE WITH CAR FOR PARKING 

The nearest best place to park is behind the Parroquia de Cristo Resucitado Cancun Church. You will drive past it, then take a right-hand turn, heading behind it. Take any free parking that is not a business’ or at the church. Then walk back about two blocks to Albatros which is on the other side of the street.
